Start with "Internal seeking" and choose the folder that describes what you want to find or read. Go to this folder and choose your country. Then create a list for all provinces of your country (for example: Texas, Florida, etc., for the US; Berlin, Bayern, etc., for Germany) or choose your province, if someone else has written a list already.
On this province folder you make your entry with the following informations: age, town, and link to your user page! (User:Your username)
